Shipping & Returns
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship 2-3 business days after they are received. We will post any shipping delays in the shop banner at the top of our homepage.
Preordered items will ship as soon as we receive the entire order in stock. Estimated ship dates may change due to delays in receiving new releases.
International customers are responsible for all import charges for their order.
Refunds & Replacements
Due to the limited nature of albums and collectibles we may not be able to replace orders lost in transit. Refunds are only available for undelivered and severely damaged shipments. We may ask for photographs of damage to determine if a refund is appropriate.
Once an item shows as delivered we are unable to replace or refund misplaced or stolen orders.
We are unable to refund or replace albums or merchandise that have missing inclusions or pieces due to manufacturing errors. Defective light sticks will be replaced if they are still in stock and refunded if they are no longer available. We will ask for video proof for light stick defect.
Orders for in stock items can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed as long as the order has not shipped. Orders that contain preorder items cannot be cancelled or refunded.
